* Upon contact, traditional blasting materials become contaminated when used to clean hazardous substances and objects. These blasting materials are then classified as toxic waste and require appropriate safe disposal.

Underbody & Chassis Cleaning

Engine Bay Cleaning

Wheel Arch Cleaning

Our Dry Ice Blasting service, where we prioritize environmentally sustainable cleaning solutions. Our innovative technique utilizes recycled solid carbon dioxide (CO2) pellets, propelled at supersonic speeds to effectively lift dirt and contaminants without harming the underlying surface.

Experience a non-toxic, non-flammable, and chemical-free cleaning method that leaves no secondary waste behind. Trust us to provide a safe and efficient solution for all your surface preparation needs.

How does Dry Ice blasting work ?

1

Impact

Dry ice pellets are accelerated by compressed air through specialized nozzles at supersonic speeds. Their impact generates significant kinetic energy for an efficient cleaning process.

2

Cold

Dry ice has a temperature of -109°F (-78.5°C). This intense cold generates a thermodynamic shock effect that makes the contaminant brittle, facilitating the separation of the contaminant from the substrate.

1

Expansion

Upon impact, dry ice pellets sublimate, converting from solid to gas. This phase transition results an 800% increase in volume. The rapid expansion generates microexplosions that remove contaminants from the substrate.

LASER CLEANING

Laser cleaning is a modern and efficient method for removing contaminants from surfaces using high-intensity laser beams. This technology effectively eliminates rust, paint, dirt, and other unwanted materials without damaging the underlying surface.
Laser cleaning is environmentally friendly, as it typically requires no chemicals and generates minimal waste. With its precision and versatility, this method is ideal for various applications, including industrial, historical restoration, and automotive maintenance.

Rust Removal

Wood & Paint Restoration

Eliminate rust with precision, restoring metal surfaces to their original condition. Our laser technique targets corrosion without harming the base material, extending the life of your assets

This technology removes dirt and coatings from wood without damage. Laser cleaning is favored by conservators to protect historic artifacts for future generations.

Facade & Building Restoration

Monuments & Stones Restoration

Laser technology is becoming a popular choice for cleaning facades. Traditional methods like sandblasting can be slow and damaging In contrast, laser cleaning machines effectively remove dirt, graffiti, soot, and more, without harming the surface beneath.

For centuries, preserving monuments has been challenging, often risking the integrity of these valuable structures. Traditional methods like sandblasting and chemicals could harm surfaces. Thankfully, laser technology has transformed monument restoration.

How does Laser Cleaning work ?

  1. The laser shoots bullets of infrared light to the surface

  2. The contamination absorbs the light’s energy

  3. The contamination heats up very quickly

  4. The substrate remains cool

  5. The difference in temperatures causes the contamination to ‘shrink off’ the surface

  6. The dirt can be vacuumed off

  7. Result: a clean surface that has not been damaged!

Rust Treatment

dinitrol

Rust Converter

DINITROL RC900 is an organiclate-based rust converter with epoxy resin that transforms rust into a stable organic iron complex. Once dry, it creates a barrier against corrosion and penetrates 7–10 times deeper than traditional rust converters, forming a durable adhesive film ideal for lacquer and other corrosion protection products.

RC900 dinitrol

Cavity Protection

DINITROL 1000 is a flexible, wax-based product that protects against corrosion in water-prone areas like cavities and doors. It's ideal for newer cars without corrosion signs.

DINITROL ML is intended for use in closed cavities like doors and frames. It effectively displaces humidity and prevents ongoing corrosion in used objects exposed to dirt and moisture.

Clear Wax Coating

DINITROL 4010 is versatile and can be used in both open and closed areas, including underbodies. It penetrates like cavity wax and protects electrical plants from galvanic corrosion and moisture. The product forms a hard, transparent film resistant to acids, alkalis, and heat up to 200 °C. It is also suitable for treating motor housings and other high-temperature components.

4010 dinitrol

Robust Underbody

DINITROL 4941 is a long-lasting protective product that forms a firm, black film with quick drying, excellent, and flexibility on metal, rubber, and plastic surfaces. This body coating offers superior protection against rust compared to OEM standards.

4941 dinitrol

At Arctic Garage, we care deeply about rust and its impact on classic cars. Applying a protective coating is crucial to preserving the integrity and value of your vehicle.

With our extensive range of OEM-approved DINITROL rust prevention and corrosion protection products, you can ensure your classic car remains in excellent condition for years to come.
